Martin spent 7 years perfecting the fermentation process for this vinegar. It starts as raw apple cider fermented with honey into Cyser (honey-apple wine), then converts to acetic acid. We leave it bold, tangy, and unfiltered - no back sweetening.
Lower sugar, lower calories than our Harvest Apple vinegar. Mix it into water, use it for wellness shots, or wherever you'd use traditional apple cider vinegar.
